God Sees Your Heart

The Lord your God is with you; He is mighty to save (Zephaniah 3:17). He sees your shortcomings, yet He always sees your heart. He says,

“I am your Strength even in weakness. I am your Hope in the storm. I am your Rear Guard and your Stronghold. Run to Me. Come to Me. Do not be afraid.

There is no shame anymore. There is no need for fear. I have perfected you in My love. It is done in Heaven, and in time you will walk it out more and more. You have been set free to call Me ‘Abba, Father.’ I am your Creator, your Father, your God.

You are My beloved always. Nothing can change that–no trial, no failure, no pain. Keep your ‘yes’ to Me and do not give up.

Keep coming to Me. When you fall, get back up again. Run to Me and not away. I await you each time with open arms, not with condemnation but with the desire to release forgiveness and set you free.

I am looking at your heart, My love. Come and rest in My love.

Scriptures for Reflection

“And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.  2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV)

Cast Your Cares Upon Me

It is important to meditate on the words God has spoken to us. We need to write them down so that we can run with them in walking with Jesus. These are words we can war with as we stir up our faith in God, jewels He gives us as reminders of His love and faithfulness.

God’s words are implanted deeper into our hearts as we spend time singing, praying and writing them. We are meditating on the Scripture and “now” words He speaks to our hearts. As we do, the Holy Spirit often brings deeper understanding to our hearts, not to mention His peace and love.

Kirk Bennett has a book on the topic, and this teaching really caused me to see the need to be intentional in doing this. For me, singing and writing are especially key, but for you, it may be speaking the Word aloud or something else. If you want to learn more, look into getting Kirk’s small workbook, Deepening Prophetic Revelation through Meditation.

Below is an example of me meditating on prophetic words given me by the Lord, and Scripture verses He brought to mind as I did:

“…I have taught you to put it in My hand. You DO put it in My hand, but when you leave, you take it back again like you do not trust Me to work out every detail for your good.”  My heavenly Father’s words echo in my mind.

I desire to give it all to You, Father, not taking up again these worries and concerns for the future and the things of this life. I long to just trust You and live day-by-day in connection to You, unafraid of what life holds. You hold the keys to my heart. You hold me together and in You all things consist. I need not worry! You are faithful to my heart! You are faithful to complete the work that You have begun in me (Philippians 1:6).

“Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail).” (Psalm 55:22 AMP)

My love is established in you and over you and around you. It is My love that saves you from every attack on earth. It is as I say it is, and you are My daughter, equipped with everything necessary for the plans I have for you. You are complete in Me…”

I remember the deep meaning of what the Lord had spoken to my heart that day, an evening during which I was so deeply in need of His intervening. Just now, the Holy Spirit is bringing another verse comes to my mind:

“…His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3 NKJV)

I long to hear Your voice. I love it when You speak to me. I love also to re-read what You have spoken to me, writing it out again as I am now, adding in words the deeper meaning to what You were saying so simply in order to minister to my heart. When You say I am Yours, You reiterate Your jealous love for me, the all-consuming love that comes from the One who Himself is an All-Consuming Fire.

“Let the regrets go; let the mistakes of your self and others go, for to dwell on them does no good at all and brings no change. Your trust in Me will bring the peace you seek. No more do I want you to look behind, but only look forward. Stop second guessing choices made, but pray instead that My hand is upon them…”

Father, help me to not second guess myself, doubt or worry concerning things of the past. Enable me to press on toward knowing Jesus more intimately, releasing to You the past and trusting You with both my present and my future. Lead me and guide me by Your Spirit, that I would not be led by the flesh or worldly thinking, nor by any other voice but Yours, and prosper me in my relationship with You.

…forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:13-14 NKJV)

Sing of Me to the Nations

Word from the Father to me on October 22, 2014.

I wrote them as I heard Him speaking to my spirit, and just now have I been able to read over what He was saying and share here. May He encounter you also as He desires.

“Come to Me, My child, My beloved, that we may sup together in love and life.

Be with Me, ever near. You are My beloved, and I treasure you. Do not take that lightly, for I have clothed you with the blood of My Son.

Yes, this is your Father speaking, and you are hearing Me well. I am encountering you and preparing you as My prophet to nations. Yes, I have called you. Yes, I have seen your cries, and I have heard your words and your desires.

I am your Beloved also, one whom you cherish and hold dearly close. I know you love Me. I know that you want more of Me, and you shall have more… and more, and more. Just come to Me, be with Me.

Be not afraid, be not distracted. Sing! Sing, My beloved daughter! Sing of Me to the nations, sing of My worth to the people. Sing of Me to all those who both know Me and those who do not. Sing, sing, sing of Me, beloved!  I am with you. I am within you!

Yes, you are My vessel. Hear that: My vessel. I choose how to use you and you desire My choices over all others. You want My will, truly. This is your desire and this brings Me great joy. Yes, you are Mine.

I am filling you right now and you feel this, too. Even as you write down My words to you, I am filling you up with Myself. Even more am I pouring into you. Even more am I loving on you, deeply and surely.

I am one with you. You are My beloved, you are Mine. So sing! Again I say, sing, My beloved daughter! You are not alone in the work I have called you to, so sing of Me as you always do. Sing boldly, confidently, without hindrance. Sing of Me! Sing of Me! I love it when you sing of Me, My beloved!

I love you, My beloved daughter.”

Yes, Lord. I desire You and I desire to sing for You and of You, and for You alone. I am Yours! I am Yours! I love You, I desire You. Come, have Your way!

You Are My Beloved

Below is a prophetic word from Father God to me that I felt would also bless others. May His words also minister to you.

“I am here for you always, Daughter. No matter what I am with you and in you. You are Mine and I am Yours. I saw you first when I formed you in your mother’s womb, and I see you now and always. I am your Shepherd and Rearguard. I am your Life and your Strong Tower.

You are truly My beloved. Never forget that, never doubt it, for it is true no matter what you may say or do. I’m here and I’m watching over you. I’m with you always, even to the end of the age. Just as I told My disciples, I tell you the same, My daughter.

Your voice is My delight. I love to hear you sing to Me and about Me to others. YOU are My delight! I love you and I have much planned for you, to use you for My good and the good of those around you. You have a great purpose in Me.

Do not fear nor be afraid, My beloved. I hold you in the palm of My hand and never leave you. We will do great exploits together for My kingdom, just wait and see! You will love it as we go forth and proclaim for My kingdom’s sake. You are My beloved, again I say. Remember this always, for I AM always.”

Remember to Give of Yourself: Encourage and Edify

No, I’m not speaking of tithes and offerings here, but of encouraging and serving.

“Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full–pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.” (Luke 6:38 NLT)

We have such need for more “givers” in the Body of Christ. Givers who are intimately connected with the Father’s desire to pour out His life and words into others.

There are so many seeking a word, so many desiring encouragement and so many needy. Yet aren’t we ALL? Remember that as you trust God with your need by putting others first, through encouraging them or asking Him to give you a word of edification for them, what you pour out will be given back to you shaken, pressed together and with more added on top unto overflowing! And remember giving a prophetic word is simply asking God for a word to edify, or build up, one of your brothers or sisters in Christ.

So as you have need of encouragement, encourage another in need (without even mentioning your own). As you desire the Lord to speak a word to you through someone else, ask Him to give you an edifying word for someone else.

Actively seek to do this, and you too will be encouraged, edified and loved on by our gracious God! And remember, all who are His can prophesy! So try it, and trust God’s Spirit to lead and teach you as you do!
